Catherine is a registered migration agent and has been an admitted lawyer of the Supreme Court of Queensland and the High Court of Australia since 2016. She joined the Timpson Immigration team at the beginning of 2020, bringing over five years of experience in migration law.
As a dual law and international relations degree graduate, she found that migration law was the happy medium between the two and has specialised in this area ever since graduating from university.
Having migrated to Australia herself from the United Kingdom, she understands the stress associated with the migration process, which is why she is dedicated to ensuring her clients succeed in their visa applications.
Catherine is able to assist clients in all aspects of their migration, from onshore and offshore visa applications, to citizenship and more complex cases that involve visa cancellations and applications to the Administrative Appeals Tribunal and the Federal Courts.
Together, Catherine and the Timpson Immigration team are able to provide the highest quality service through a detailed and meticulous approach to applications, ensuring clients’ goals and expectations are met along the way.
There is no other firm better equipped to handle your migration enquiry. Under the guidance of Richard, our accredited immigration law specialist, we enjoy finding ways to achieve successful outcomes that may not have otherwise been thought possible.
When she is not in the office, Catherine is a keen cyclist and also enjoys learning Spanish and going salsa dancing (although needs much more practise).
